Do I have to pay in order to start my registration or pre-booking on the website?
No. You don´t have to pay anything for registration or pre-booking. The registration process is free.

If I pre-book, does that mean my room is guaranteed and, therefore, reserved?
No. After booking request you must wait for an answer from our support team and your room will only be guaranteed after the booking fee deposit payment (£300) + advanced monthly rent (£100) and a confirmation email from Meuquartoemlondres.com.br.

The accounts are included in the rent?
In most of the rooms on this site, all accounts are included in the amount. However, in some rooms, there is a possibility that some expenses are extra. This answer you will find directly in the detailed information of the chosen room.

What is the value of the Booking Fee-Deposit?
The deposit amount can range from £ 400 to 4-2 weeks rent, depending on the type of room chosen this site.

Do the houses have cooking utensils and washing machine and a TV?
All kitchens are fully equipped with cooking utensils, microwave oven, fridge and stove of mutual usage. Not all houses have a TV. This information can be found directly on the section “detailed information” of the bedroom chosen.

What is the minimum time contract?
There is no minimum time / maximum contract. This information you will find in the description of your room according to the offer of the agency.

How can I book my room?
The first thing you must do is choose your favorite room and request your reservation by filling in your personal details. Don’t forget to read and accept the Terms of Agreement. We will answer you within 24h.

Can I deposit the money in a bank account in Brazil?
No. You must pay directly in a UK account or if you prefer, use the tools that we have to facilitate the payment abroad.

How do I pay for additional services?
Additional services must be paid upfront at the time of booking your room.

What if I don´t make it through Immigration?
If you bring with you a lot of information, if you come fully prepared with a printed accommodation letter, it is highly unlikely that you will face problems at Immigration (this is most people’s fear). In case of visa refusal, check back with our Terms and Conditions.
